RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Please send the goods back to the address above within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
EXCEPTION – HYGIENE PRODUCTS
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires for sealed cosmetic and personal care products if the seal has been removed after delivery.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@trendenvioshop.com with a photo. We will cover all costs for replacement or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
