    Refunds will be issued excluding the cost of original shipping and the return label.

  • ARE RETURNS FREE?

    We do not cover the shipping costs for returning items to trendenvioshop.com for a refund.

    (Please note that we cannot refund the initial shipping costs for returned goods unless the item is faulty. We also cannot refund the return shipping costs.)
